Sue's Gallery Cafe felt more like an Instagrammable cafe where I could take aesthetic pictures of the atmosphere rather than a go-to place for drinks. I enjoyed the clean, modern look of the cafe and definitely took a lot of pictures. I ordered a Matcha Latte with oat milk and my friend ordered the Charcoal Latte. I really liked how pretty the drinks looked after, and it was fun to watch the process of the drinks being made as well, but I felt like I've had better Matcha in the Bay Area. I like that there are unique options like the Charcoal Latte which tasted a lot like chocolate, but it was a drink I've never had before. I feel like Sue's is a must to experience at least once, but I'm not sure if it is a spot I would go to regularly.

The main coffee shop in downtown Saratoga. I visited at 10am on a Sunday morning and the place was PACKED. I do think it's in a nice neighborhood and is very well-decorated, but there just weren't any tables open so I took my drink to-go. I ordered an iced Aztec Mocha, which was pretty good! It's a cinnamon-based drink and a little on the sweeter side. I enjoyed it and would get it again. The baristas were very friendly and were serving orders very quickly. Even though the line was long, I only waited about 5 minutes for my drink. Would recommend coming here outside of peak hours!

Sue cafe is a local coffee shop with plenty of sitting. Both indoor and outdoor. I bought their charcoal lattee with regular milk. Tastes very good. It is a great place to study or get work done. Plenty of outlet but they don't have WiFi. Will come back if I am by the area again.

What I got : Caramel Latte 3/5 Avocado Toast 4/5 I felt like the latte didn't have a strong coffee flavor, I think the put one shot of espresso. I also prefer my drinks on the sweeter side and this wasn't too sweet. But that being said the staff there were super accommodating and very nice! I thought the toast was the star of the show! Only knocked it down a point because it was 10 bucks for such a small amount! I guess that's Saratoga for you! Ambiance was nice a relaxed, and had ac!
